1.Order instruction to the buyer
First of all, you should know what you need. View relative catalogue and choose the model(s) listed on our site. And then you can send us your inquiry via email/tel/fax. After we receive your inquiry, we will confirm the selling terms along with details reply to what you are caring about.
Currently, we can only accpet payment by T/T through bank to bank, or irrevocable L/C at sight. Both of the above payments should be confirmed before your order concluded. Please contact us for our bank account information before you proceed further with your order.
2.Product Guarantee

It is thus very much essential that one must buy the engine parts from a reliable source and in the lowest possible price. Your place of purchase may be most convenient but not necessarily the cheapest.

2.) Delivery: In 15-45 days after order confirmed subject to quantities according to different production cycle.
3.) Sample(s): Samples available on request. But buyers should bear the cost and/or freight arising from the sample(s) needed. It usually cost higher than FCL order.

4.we test your crankshaft but hardness less than HRC 40, why?
For iron casting crankshaft, we use Nitriding heat treatment. It is not suitable by normal hardness test ( Rockwell hardness). It should test by micro-sclerometer ( Vickers hardness test).
The crankshaft manufactured by us is experienced by chemical heat treatment(nitrogen treatment) but the niitrogen lauer of the crankshaft,experienced by nitrogrn treatment is much thinner,so it is not suitable to be measured by rockwell hardness,because the load is higher in rockwell hardnwss testing,the nitrogen layer is easy to be punctured in the testung,due to this,the data of the test are often made not to be ture to the original.Rockwell hardness,however,can be obtained from the hardness conversion table.The hardness and the depth of the crankshaft treated by Nitrogen are only suitable to be measured by micro-sclerometer(Vickers hardness test.)The indenter of vickers hardness test adopts diamond cubic taper body of the pyramidal face included angle 136¡ã
